He is survived by: his parents, Tony Spears and Tina Spears of Tomahawk, KY.; his wife Payton Harlow Spears; his grandmother Donna Maynard; his uncle Willis, Jr.; his aunt Cindy Maynard of Charlie, KY; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Pam Harlow of Paintsville, KY; his nieces, Jodi Rollins and Maci Harlow; and his nephew Bearyn Harlow.
