He is survived by: his wife Sheila Combs Welch; his mother Brenda Ann Davis Welch; his children, Billy Gene Welch (Kennedy), Amy Nicole Welch and Leondra Jane Hager; his grandchildren, Kinley Mae Welch, Jonathan Hager, Chelsea Wilburn, Sierra Wilburn, Trent Wilburn and Grant Wilburn; and his siblings, Stevie Clay Welch and Debbie Ann Welch.
