He is survived by: his wife Leeta "Tootsie" Deering; his children, Linda Reitz (Kevin), Gary Deering (Judy) and Tommy Deering; his stepsons, Billy Joe Welch and Ricky Welch; and his siblings, Janice Hannah, Danny Deering, Patricia Cifton and Bobby Joe Deering. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
