He was predeceased by: his parents, Rice Leo and Pauline Cobb; and his siblings, Lloyd R., David Cobb and Rebecca Sue Cobb Masters.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Cobb and Daniel Cobb (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Betty Cobb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
As we observe COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing and face masks are required for all visitors to the funeral home.
