He was predeceased by: his father Paul Estill Lockaby; and his siblings, Marie Latham, Mary Rose Bailey, Charlotte Saylor, Thelma Baker, Claude and Arnold Lockaby.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Estes Lockaby; his children, Lynn Southerland of Nicholasville, Connie Lockaby of Nicholasville and Stevie Dean Lockaby of Winchester; and his siblings, Charlie Lockaby (Laura) of London, Brenda Tabor (Dale) of London, Shirley Baker of London, Margie Shell of London and Carol Baker of London. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
