He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Mulcahy and Allene Davis Mulcahy. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mullins Mulcahy; his daughters, Marty Ledford (Doug), Terry Woods (Gary) and Lisa Anestis (Manny); his sister Pauline (Everette); his grandchildren, Morgan, Adam, Haley, Hope, Michael, Mason and Matt; and his great grandchildren, Canaan, Lindsey, Levi, Logan, Corbin, Brayden, Lilian, Robin and Woods.
He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to his community and was honored with the title of Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
