She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Powell and Dora Ellen Melton Powell; her husband Ira J. Westerman; and her siblings, Edna Powell Westerman, Martha Powell McKown, Samuel Powell, William Powell, Comer Powell, Robert Powell Sr., Ralph Powell and Eugene Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Westerman Johnston (Stephen) of Winchester, VA, Ira John Westerman (Debby) of Wadsworth, OH and Albert Gene Westerman (Doris) of Wilmore, KY.; her grandchildren, Elisabeth Johnston Ross (Scott) of Alexandria, VA, Rudy Westerman of Tallahassee, FL, Timothy Westerman of Wadsworth, OH, Scott Westerman of Akron, OH and Robert Westerman of Warner Robins, GA; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Ross and Andrew Ross of Alexandria, VA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Waleska's honor to Radcliff United Methodist Church, 275 South Woodland Dr., Radcliff, KY or to a charity of your choice.
