He was predeceased by: his mother Sabina Francis; his parents-in-law, J. Don and Anna Collins; his sister Fleta Francis Wright (Hoyt); his brother-in-law Eddie B. Collins; and his nephew Dennis Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Arlayne Collins Francis; his sons, Gregory Don and Aaron William Francis; his grandson Malachi Vaughn (Casey); his nieces and nephews, Lynn Collins Morris, Mark Collins, Randall Collins, Sandy Peterson and Nina Dumit (Scott); and his children, Tracey, Hunter, Skylar Tague, Addie Webster, Brianna and Lexie Roberts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
