He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Catlett Swank (Kevin) of Nicholasville and Tim Collier Catlett (Lisa) of Nicholasville; his grandsons, Brandon Swank (Emily) of Lexington and Matt Swank of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Eli and Harper Swank; and his brother Mark Catlett (Tracy) of North Carolina.
