He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Bonnie; his parents-in-law, Keith and Joyce; and his sister-in-law Vicki.
He is survived by: his wife Staci Moore Thomsen; his sons, Price (Jenny) and Evan (Sarah); his grandchildren, Raegan, Chase, Reid and Ella; his sisters, Dawn and Susan; and his sister-in-law Lisa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory are to be sent to Southland Christian Scholarship fund, Asbury Go-International Missions, and Thursday's Child of KY.
