He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Lincoln Stotts Sr. and Laura Jane Canter Stotts. He is survived by: his daughters, Timberly De'Anne Towles (Bradley) and Ashley Elizabeth Wayne (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Laken Elizabeth Wayne and Brody Clay Towles (Andrea Adams); his stepgrandchildren, Courtney and Lily; his siblings, Hugh Lincoln "Nookie" Stotts Jr. (Nyoka), Edna Dale Stotts, Ethel Jane Slugantz and Brenda Mae Hager (Butch); and his pet Apple.
