He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Belcher and Lavancie Rue Belcher; and his siblings, James Belcher, Betty Hager, Bonnie Hager, Imogene Belcher, Harold, Earl and Ronald Belcher.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Beverly Quinn (Darin), Tom Keathley (Madonna), John Keathely and Chett Keathely (Ute); his grandchildren, Ronald McCoy, Thomas, Dalton, Timothy, Lukas Keathely, Robert, John Quinn, MacKenzie Palmer and Oliver Boyd; his great grandchild Lilly McCoy; his brother Roger Belcher; and his wife Monet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
According to CDC requirements masks will be required and social distancing observed, with no food or drinks allowed. You may also request a rose to be placed for his service should you not be able or are uncomfortable being out during this pandemic due to health reasons.
