He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Henry Hall and Martha Esther Hall. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hall; his son Duane Hall (Shana); his sisters, Patricia Vincent (Dan Reynolds) and Kathaleen Pickens; his granddaughters, Kayla Mincks (Zach) and Katlyn Hall; his great grandchild Sophia Mincks; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Fultz (Judy) and Carolyn Burton (Bill).
