He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Perry (Allen) and Donald L Perry; his wife Lajama; his sister Sue Perry; his stepbrother Dillon Vance; and his children, James Perry, Kristin Wiatrowski (Adam) and Kathryn Fox (William). He is also survived by three brothers, sister, and their spouses.

Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and Church of the Savior in his memory.
