He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Watkins and Marjorie Woehrle; his brother David Watkins of Newport, RI; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Watkins of Newport, RI and Carol Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Teater Watkins; his children, Stephen Watkins (Erica) and Amber Watkins Bruner (Joe); his grandchildren, Alyssa Watkins, Chiara Watkins of Port Orchard, Abigail Bruner and Samuel Bruner of Nicholasville; and his siblings, Charles Allen Burke, Donnie Watkins, Robbie Watkins (Deb) of Newport, Joey Woehrle, Eddie Woehrle and Hazel Lynn Mirakian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
