With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephanie Brown Bastin of Nicholasville, Kentucky, born in Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on May 1, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Ann Lee Brown of Bardstown; and her brother Jim Brown of Lexington. She is survived by: her husband Rickey Bastin of Nicholasville; her children, Matthew Bastin (Bekah) of Louisville and Katie Knight (J. D.) of Harrodsburg; her granddaughter Ellie Mae Knight; and her siblings, Billy Brown (Paula), Mike Brown (Lisa) and Patty Buzick (Cliff). She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Bluegrass.
