She is survived by: her former husband Foster Curtis Brock; her son Curt; her husband Douglas Hager; her children, Wayne, Karen Guffey (David), Foster C. Brock III (Janet) and Lynn Brock; her grandchildren, Alyssa Proctor, Christy Cromer Bates (Shawn), Travis Brock (Melissa), Chris Brock (Missy) and Jerry Brock (Trista); and her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Zavier, Leilani, Hailey, Kylah, Kaden, McKaylee, Wesley, Dalton, Danielle, Kai, Emma and Ella. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Another award she valued was for her contributions to the Boys Town Program and recognition for her work from the Fayette County Board of Education in 1986.
