She is survived by: her mother Lynn Tolson Underwood (Jeffrey Allen); her sons, Damian Kade Hager and Brantley Lloyd Stabb; her sister Alexia Michael White; her stepsister Emily Ann Underwood; her grandparents, Janet Eversole and Beverly White; her nieces, Taylor Jolyn Jones and Isabella Lane Howard; and her nephew Evan Michael Underwood (Emma Kate Underwood).
