He is survived by: his son Monte Clayton; his close friend Nadean Wooldridge; his grandchildren, Chase and Olivia; and his siblings, Gilbert Clayton, Pauline Clayton Perkins, Velva Clayton and Reda Clayton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
