He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. Belcher and Lavancie Rue Belcher; and his siblings, James Belcher, Betty Hager, Bonnie Hager, Imogene Belcher, Ronald Belcher, Earl Belcher, Harold Belcher and Terry Belcher.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lee Belcher (Jim), Tina Lois Belcher and Troy Lyman Belcher (Shannon); and his grandsons, Roger Scott Belcher (Jennifer), John Taylor Belcher and Jacob Daniel Belcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
