He is survived by: his wife Ann Masters Parks; his daughters, Debbie Hager of Nicholasville, KY and Teresa Walker of Winchester, TN.; and his grandchildren, Chasity Garner, Misty Hager (Kim), Deana Hurt (Tuminski) and Jeremy Walker.
