He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Miller and Winifred Sievewright Miller; and his siblings, Charles E. Miller Sr. and Nancy Swift. He is survived by: his children, Robert E. Miller (Jackie) and Angela Miller (Wesley Prentice); his grandson James Miller; his stepchildren, Wayne, Anthony, Charles, Michael Angeloff, Janie Mcintosh, Lori Brown, Peggy Louge and Patty Smith; and his sister Barbara Dunn (Harold). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren.
