He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Elizabeth Sebastian Johnson; and his siblings, Reed Johnson, Charlie Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Lizzie Spicer.
He is survived by: his children, Howard "Ed" Johnson (Jamie) and Marilyn Johnson (William); his sisters, Hannah Adams, Lu Simms, Patricia Rose and Betty Horn; his niece Molly Johnson; and his grandchildren, Cole Johnson, Brylee Johnson, Alivia Hilderbrand and Gavin Hilderbrand.
