He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fox and Annis Irish Fox; his son Claude Chumley; his son-in-law Thomas Keys; and his siblings, Mabel, Jim and Howard.
He is survived by: his daughter Onna Keys; his granddaughters, Stacy Oliver (D. J.) and Lisa Bell (David); his niece Sherry Gidley; his nephew Terry Gidley; his grandsons, Claude Chumley, Jr. and Jeffery Chumley; and his great grandchildren, Kylee Oliver, Mya Oliver, Aleah Bell, Elend Bell, Crolee Chumley and Sophia Chumley. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
