He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew DeWayne Hale and Linda Darlene Coontz Todd. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Domaika (Josh) of Danville; his siblings, Shawn Sargent of Casey County, Michael Hale (Nikki Mobley) of Danville, Sherry Smith (Joey) of Danville, Angie Hale (Charles Osbourne) of Danville and Bridget Hale (Chance Rainey) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Jaden Graham, Sydnee Graham and Franky Domaika.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437).
