It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick West (Nicholasville, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on June 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer West and Mary Ellen McNeese West; and his sister Phyllis Mahoney. He is survived by: his wife Sally West; his sons, James West (Brannan Malicoat) and Jonathan West (Andrea); his siblings, Shirley Ann West Miller (Roger Friedman) and Steve West (Delinda); and his grandchild Aiden.
