She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mann and Reba Mann. She is survived by: her husband Stephen P. Sims; her children, Calvin Townsend, Jr. (Grace), Christopher Townsend (Yuri) and Caleigh Moore (Brian); her stepchildren, Shelley S. Volpenhein (Tim), Holly Jo Sims-Bruno (Michael) and Jenna L. Meadows (Brandon); her siblings, Carolyn Johnson, Susan Stillwagon (Bruce) and Curt Mann (Christine); and her stepmother Brenda Mann.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Rebecca's memory to support Ovarian Cancer Research done right at Markey.
