He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee and Lena Lutze Lee; and his wife Christine Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Donny Lee (Jan Eckler) and Mike Lee; his grandsons, Matthew Lee and Christopher Lee; and his great grandchild Cameron Lee.
