He is survived by: his wife Donna Becknell Hasty of Lynnwood Drive; his children, Anthony Hasty (Amber Greer) and Amy Hasty McLellan (Brian); his siblings, Ricky Hasty, Patsy West, Margaret Baker, Janet Halcomb, Wanda Johns and Barbara Hasty; and his grandchildren, Tucker Hasty, Layne Hasty, Owen McLellan and Isabelle McLellan.
