He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Ollie (Branham) and Warney Garfield Erwin; and his brother James Bonnie Lawson. He is survived by: his brother Ray; his wife Dawn; his children, Jill and David; and his siblings, Gail Claudine Lawson Blevins and Warney Edwin "Eddie" Erwin. He is also survived by nine nephews, four nieces, numerous friends.
The family would appreciate donations to the general purpose fund at the Lexington VA Hospital, where Ray was a longtime patient and got exceptional care in his final days.
