He is survived by: his mother Rose Kathryn Young Willoughby of Lancaster; his wife Gleah Willoughby; his sons, Steve Willoughby of Nicholasville and Brent Willoughby (Thresa) of Hazard; his siblings, Kathy Major (Mitchell) of Lancaster, Rosemary Lee (Bobby) of Lancaster, Connie LeMaster (Phillip) of Lancaster and Kenny Willoughby (Polly) of Lancaster; and his grandson Austin Willoughby of Paris.
