He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Frank and Doris Lyons Vinca. He is survived by: his wife Leona Rae Vinca; his daughters, Michelle Matoka, Teri Hornung and Wendy Vinca; and his brothers, Patrick (Gladi), Neal (Cathy) and Kenneth (Pam).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home (207 W Oak St, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
