With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Douglas Rainey of Nicholasville, Kentucky, born in Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John T. Rainey; and his sibling Charlie Clift. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Burchell Rainey; his children, Sherry Parlanti (Tom) of Lexington, KY, Laura Jones of New Richmond, OH and John Paul Rainey (Melissa) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Andrew Parlanti (Mandi), Michael Parlanti (Madison), Sarah Jones (Matt Decker) and Patrick Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Lucille Rainey, Stella Rainey, Jean Cox, Sharon Burchell, Pat Asher, Tommy Mahanes, David, Nell Burchell, Judy and Clarence Abney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
