He is survived by: his children, Virgil Lewis (Crystal) and Susan Kelley (Melvin Lee) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Amberlee Kelley of Frankfort, Virgil Charles Lewis of Lexington, Zachary Lewis of Lexington, Trey Mitchell of Lexington and Torri Shelton (Isaac) of Harrodsburg; his great grandchildren, Finley Branch and Colson Shelton; and his sisters, Rita Filson of Springfield, IL and Angie Lewis Hatfield (Jim) of Orange City, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
