She was predeceased by: her significant other Ralph William Polce Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tres Polce and Molly Grounds (Lewis); her grandchildren, Katelyn Grounds (Alex Saunders), Nicholas Grounds (Corinne Hodnett) and Lauren Tarbet (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Lily and Aoife.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home (207 W Oak St, Nicholasville, KY 40356).

“Pat was a dear friend. We used to play cards together. Pat was fun to be around and had a positive and happy attitude. She accepted whatever happened with grace and a smile. She was smart too. We used to watch game shows and she knew answers. The night I learned she had passed she was in my dreams. I like to think she visited me before she went to heaven. She talked about her family with such love. She beamed with love when she talked about her grand and great grand children. Judy”
