He was predeceased by: his father James Martin; and his son James Omar. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kathy Fields (Tim), Susan Middleton (Gary), Keith Cartwright (Deanie), Melanie Martin, Mary Martin, Angie Farrow (Mike), Marcie Martin and April Parker (Eric); his grandchildren, Marshal Tingle (Kristen), Alex Tingle (Sydney) and Bethany Parker; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Houston Tingle; and his siblings, Anthony Martin (Norma), John Martin (Ellagene), Virginia Helen Davis (Jeff), Charlene Gay, Muriel Dean Hulett (Charles) and Sharon Kidd (Ronnie).
