She was predeceased by: her spouse Burl Taylor; and her parents, Chester Arthur Smith and Gertrude Middleton Smith. She is survived by: her children, Burl Lawrence Taylor (Betty) and Deborah Jo Stinnett (David); and her close friend Pansy Hurt. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
