He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Lindsay McCuddy, Jr. and Sheila Juan Becknell McCuddy. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Jo McCuddy (Brandon Smith) and Lindsay Taylor McCuddy; his brother Duane McCuddy (Debbie); his granddaughter Skyler Ray Smith; and his nephews, Chase McCuddy (Tiffany), Andrew McCuddy, Brett McCuddy (Caytlyn) and Ethan McCuddy (Kristen).
