He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ach Shackelford; his father Kenneth; his children, Adam Hardin, Nicholas Shackelford, Levi Shackelford, Christian Shackelford and Lila Shackelford; his siblings, Chris Shackelford (Jessica) of Harrodsburg, KY and Amanda Agee of Georgetown, KY; and his stepsisters, Brandi Strickland (Bobby) of Lawrenceburg, KY, April Becknell, Heather Purvis (Robert) and Christina Zimniak (Adam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Lexington Christian Academy Athletics to benefit the school's softball and football programs.
