Though McKinley may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those McKinley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Thompson and Dora Napier-Thompson; his daughter Debbie Carroll; and his granddaughter Krystal Woods. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Brim-Thompson (Ann); his children, Lisa, Tonya and McKinley; and his granddaughters, Amanda, Jessica, Emily, Hannah and Elizabeth. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, his five sisters and four brothers, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
