She was predeceased by: her parents, T. R. Welch and Alene Comley Welch; her son Billy Stinnett; and her sister Darlene (Denton Willis). She is survived by: her brother Tommy Welch; her sister-in-law Teresa Welch; her nephews, Dwight Willis (Jo) and Tommy Willis (Regina); her niece Kathy Cobb; and her close friends, Patty Butterworth, Cindy and Bob Peterson.
