She is survived by: her children, Paul Douglas Pack (Rose) of Wooton, KY and Janet Whitehouse (Michael) of Nicholasville, KY; her sister Lynn Hobbs of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Pack, Vicki Hensley (Russ) and Marty Riney (Tom); and her great grandchildren, Zack Hensley, Ben Hensley, Carter Hensley and Evie Riney. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
