She is survived by: her husband David; her sons, Joey Pugh (Melanie) of Lexington, KY and Josh Pugh (Shannon) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, India, Ella, Molly, Lucy, Everly and Olive Pugh; and her brothers, Gary Campbell (Carol), Keith Campbell (Jerry), David Campbell (Kitty), Kevin Campbell (Joyce), Bruce Campbell (Carolyn), Donald Campbell (Sharon) and Stewart Campbell (Joann).
