She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Murphy and Margaret Murphy; her brothers, Clifford and Clayton; her grandson Michael H. Chapman; and her former husband Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Chapman of Nicholasville, Sandra (Rick) of Phoenix and Michael (Carol) of Tucson; her great grandchildren, Bradley and Zachary Chapman; and her great great grandchild Aria of Nicholasville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers but suggests donations be made in her memory to the Jessamine County Humane Society.
