He is survived by: his fiancée Alice Willoughby McCoy of Nicholasville; his children, Steven Smith of Covington, Louise Hornback of Northern, KY and Michelle Smith of Northern, KY; his stepdaughters, Megan Mink (Bill) of Nicholasville, Tammy Fetters (Jim) of Nicholasville and Angela McCoy of Prestonsburg; his grandchildren, Evan Smith and Elizabeth Hornback; and his siblings, Charlie Smith of Covington and Patricia Brown (Gary) of Elsmere.
