She was predeceased by: her husband Everett; her parents, Martin Shearer and Fannie Carter Shearer; her brothers, Norton Shearer and Martin Shearer; and her grandson Brent Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Watts Brown (Michael), Wanda "Wendy" Huey, Linda Wells (Pat), Gordon Woodward and Rita Ruth (Larry); her sister Hope Fain; her grandchildren, Darren Watts, Mauri Berry, Jan Jones, Leah Wright, Cari Waller and Adam Woodward; her stepgrandchildren, Todd Wells, Allison Bell and Rich Huey; and her great grandchildren, Trey Smith, Luke Berry, Grant Jones, Cole Watts, Brayden Woodward, Joshua Watts, Dylan Watts and Jonathon Wright. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and many other extended family.
