He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Abs Blanton and Florence Woolery Blanton; and his children, Tim Scalf and Penny Ingles. He is survived by: his children, Glenden Blanton (Ada), Roy Blanton (Carrie) and Cynthia Marie Brewer (Gray); his daughter-in-law Phyllis Scalf; and his niece Kay Blanton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
