She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Hampton and Zelma Talley Hampton; and her son Kelvin Morton. She is survived by: her children, Larry Whitfield (Patricia), Andre Morton (Jennifer), Sandra Palmer, Jackie Morton, Lagretta Dodson, Malissa Burrell and Laticia Benton; and her siblings, Chester Sanders, J. T. Sanders and Mary Louise Clay (Jeff). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
