She is survived by: her children, Jerry Clemmons, Jr. (Elizabeth), Melvin Clemmons (Jolie) and Melissa Bugg (Clint); her grandchildren, Paige, Brandon (April), Joshua, John (Allison), Justin (Eliana), Shawn and Jacob; and her great grandchild Hunter. She is also survived by three siblings.
