He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Stamper Smith; his children, Elaine Kay Clark (John Robert) of Sturgis, Lisa Ann Cunningham of Roy, Laura Sue Cornett (John) of Louisville, Daniel Allen Smith (LaDonna) of Jerome, Bruce Roy Smith (Beth) of Bristol and Brian Noel Smith of Burgin; his grandchildren, Joseph Clark (Lorrie), Jesse Clark (Maureen), Michael Clark (Savannah), Timmy Cunningham (Katie), Michelle Barrett (Kyle), Chelsey Cornett, Emily Cornett, Brittany Earles (Adam), Brandon Smith, Loulie Williams (Mack), Staci Dickamore (Jesse) and Rachael Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Natatlie, Gavin, Tristen, Chloe, Henry, River Clark, Abigail, Michaelie, Margaret, Dallin Cunningham, Kynzlie Ann, Kasyn Barrett, Claire, Jolene and Scarlett Earles; his sister Vicky Goodloe of Lexington; his sister-in-law Mary Smith of Burgin; and his grandsons, Jessie Clark, Tim Cunningham, Kyle Barrett and Mack Williams.
